An art of singing was always considered as the nearest to human beings nature, and by its possibility voice is a perfect musical instrument. To take the shine of all vocal sounding, the voice should be correctly formed.

Recently was held a joint meeting under the title “Vocal Arts in Contemporary Social Culture” in the framework of collaboration with Uman Humanitarian and Pedagogical College which took place in the assembly hall of Uman Humanitarian and Pedagogical College.

The problem of vocal performance is one of the most urgent problems in musical pedagogy; it was chosen as a theme of speech by lecturer at Musicology, Vocal and Chorus Disciplines of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Nadiia Baldynyuk. N. Baldynyuk master class and students performances of Yana Zamriy and Rasym Bahirov were directed towards Ukrainian poetic images in vocal arts revealing and they were considered as a culmination of all the event.

Nadiia Andriyivna demonstrated several vocal exercises, which promote to natural and free formation of sounds, free respiration, voice flexibility and skills to use different kinds of voice inflection.

The experienced pedagogue and vocalist accentuated on individual approach and gradual complication of repertory and invited her students to the stage. Students Yana Zamriy and Rasym Bahirov demonstrated their high technical skills, free possession of natural range by performing duet of Odarka and Karas from S. Hulack-Artemovskyi’s opera “Zaporozhian Cossack above Danube”.

At the same time was executed quality and beauty improvement of voice and students’ stage skills formation.

Yana Zamriy performed well Lisa’s aria from P. Chaikovskyi opera “The Queen of Spades”.

Sincerity and warmth of feelings of the song “Is it worth or no?” were reproduced by Rasim Bahirov in accompaniment of the band “Bahirov band”.

Their skills demonstrated students of T. H. Shevchenko Uman pedagogical college (lecturer and methodologist class Lyudmyla Akulshyna) and P. Demutskyi Uman Regional Music Vocational School (lecturer of vocal class Lidiia Novykova).

The joint master class convinced of possibility to reveal voice by a singer-musician, a singer-artist, who possess vocal technique and has highly developed music culture.

For the collaboration vocal master class participators were rewarded by diplomas from Methodical Union.
