A new millennium lighted up life of university of dramatic art. In fact student Theater of drama and comedy was created exactly in 2000 year. The initiator of such notable event was Natalia Semenivna Pobirchenko - then director of Institute of social and artistic education, and today is a rector of the university. A theater proudly carries the Honoured rank the "Folk amateur collective". Natalia Alekseeva, which has producer talent and wonderful organizational capabilities, led a theater. Quite a bit bright events happened for 10 years. Here and on December, 14, the days before new-year-christmas holidays, a theater made happy university public by an unforgettable theatrical opening day.

In the program there were fragments from presentations after works of classics of Ukrainian literature: "Kaydasheva family", "After two hare", "Katerina", "Natalia-Poltavka", "Nazar Stodolya", "Night before Christmas", "Hireling", "Asking in marriage on Goncharivci", " Untalented; ".

Meeting with a theater complimented with an audience the bright impressions and good mood, in fact in execution students the familiar faces came back to life quite in a new, sometimes unexpected manner. Affairs were added by that all of actors, - the students of different faculties which in everyday life study beautifully summarize lectures, answer on seminars, and on the stage reincarnated and become unrecognizable. To play in a student theater is large honour and aesthetically beautiful pleasure, in fact all of terms are here created for self-growth and self-realization of everyone.

Rector of the university N.S. Pobirchenko felicitated a theater with successful perfomance and wished creative successes on theatrical Olympus in New 2012 Year.

We wish the collective of theater in future to grant the admirers gladness and pleasure from an actor game, new interesting raising and thankful audience!
