A troupe of people's theatre of drama and comedy headed by Natalia Alekseieva organized " Teatralnyi Vernisazh-2016" in USPU.

Audience that gathered in the university assembly hall sincerely greeted each performance. Before the official opening the participants applied makeup, wore costumes that had corresponded to the definite era.

The audience had an oppoetunity to see new plays "Po-modniomu" (M. Starytskyi), "Uradene Schastia" (I.Franko), "Svatannia na Honcharivtsi" (G. Kvitka-Osnovyanenko), "Kaydasheva simya", "Baba Paraska i baba Paraska" (I.Nechuy-Levytskyi), "Natalka Poltavka" (I.Kotlyarevsky). The actors showed the most vivid passages of these plays.

The following students demonstated their dramatic talent: Diana Horych, Bohdan Moroz, Maryna Tiutia, Olena Dihtyaruk, Natalya Alekseyeva, Antonina Kunytska, Valeria Saliy, Uliana Kermach (Primary Education Department), Alina Yahufarova, Anastasia Sichkar, Valeria Tinkova, Ivan Muzychka (Ukrainian Philology Department), Anastasia Ryzhavska, Bogdan Marusenko, Anna Kopytko, Yulia Basarab (Department of Foreign Languages), Liliya Dihtyaruk (Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business Education), Dmytro Stanislavchuk (Department of Social and Psychological Education), Iryna Chuhriy (Pre-School and Special Education Department), Oleksandr Andronik (Department of Professional and Technological Education), Veronika Maydanyuk (Department of Arts), Yugeniy Gumenyuk, Ruslan Mamalyga, Antonina Bondarchuk, Anzhela Hrytsyna (History Department) and Igor Zelinskyi, Ivan Soltusenko (Department of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science).

For a great actor personality, active participation in the creative life of the university and in celebration of the 400th anniversary of the first written mention about Uman the students were awarded with diplomas which had been presented by vice-rector in scientific and pedagogical work Natalia Revnyuk, and prizes were presented by the Head of the trade union Valentyn Hytruk.
