Recently, "International standards and requirements to research papers" methodological seminar was held at Pavlo Tychuna USPU. The workshop participants attended a lecture by Svitlana Loboda - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of publishing, advertising and public relations, Director of the Publishing House of "Lugansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko".

The workshop addressed the issues associated with writing articles. The lecturer introduced the normative documents on standardization concerning the editorial analysis of the article, a list of academic editions of international scientometric databases. The workshop also offered an extensive analysis of the typology of scientific articles and the structure of written works. The reference policies were also in the focus of the seminar.

Since the work of university teachers is closely related to publishing, the information presented at the workshop will be useful to every employee of the University in writing the research papers and presentations at conferences.
