June 11 to 17, 2023, the 11th international summer school "Science Communication" was held, organized by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for 26 Ukrainian partner institutions of higher education. Traditionally, the venue of the school is the palace in Dembin near Poznań. Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University was represented by Iryna Naydyuk, a teacher of the Preschool Education Department.

On the first day of classes, lectures were held by the director of the international office, Yoanna Barshch, and the vice-rector for international cooperation, prof. Rafal Witkowski. School participants got acquainted with the structure and achievements of the Adam Mickiewicz University, watched the EPICUR Consortium presentation, replenished the collection of gifts from the organizers with new books by Ukrainian authors, and finally listened to the lecture "Introduction to Scientific Communication".

The second day began with lectures by Eva Ruskam, a representative of the Albrecht Ludwig University (Freiburg, Germany). The lectures were aimed at scientific communication in the context of German universities, as well as practical implementation of the acquired knowledge - creation of a scientific communication project for different age groups - was waiting for the participants. The final stage of the lectures was a lecture by Dr. Anna Mlynarchyk on the topic "Festival of Science and Art in Poznań". The participants listened to the information about the festival with pleasure and received nice gifts. The day ended with a Nordic walk.

On the third day, participants listened to lectures from three speakers. The lectures are devoted to the issues of creating podcasts, combining science communication with documentaries, and also considered oral history as an example of science communication. The final and very warm stage of the day was the evening by the bonfire on the shore of the lake.

The next day, the school participants were awaited by outstanding lecturers Prof. Anna Byalas, Dr. Marcin Markovich and Dr. Tomasz Skiretskyi. Topic of the day: bilingualism, festivals and other activities for learning English at UAM.

The International Summer School "Science Communication" ended with a visit to a video and sound recording studio, it was interesting and unusual. No less interesting was the tour of the city of Poznań. The final stage is the presentation of certificates. It was an interesting and educational week, everyone got the necessary information on scientific communications.
