In the framework of scientific events dedicated to Day of Science-2015, at History Department was held a round table “Students’ Science: from ideas to results”. The event’s purpose was study and extension of students-historians scientific investigations results and attraction of the talented student youth to scientific work.

2014-2015 academic year has been very successful and fruitful for our students-historians. They’ve contributed to the department’s fame by victories in International Tournaments, All-Ukrainian Competitions in Student Works, All-Ukrainian Olympiads. Their impressions and experience from the scientific events were interesting for lecturers and students. Therefore, during the round table the winners and their scientific supervisors told first- and second-year students about preparation and participation in the scientific competitions. Moderator of the round table was assistant professor at History of Culture and Humanitarian Sciences Teaching Methods Chair Halyna Hordienko. The emotions, impressions, and valuable advice were shared. All the round table participants tried to define the secret of students-historians.

In the end of the event the dean of the department, professor Tetyana Kuznets rewarded the winners by diplomas.
