Students of the Economics Department at USPU had their own way of congratulating everyone on the arrival of spring – they organized "Spring Bells" fair which presented their own masterpieces of cooking. The fait was boasting all kinds of things! But according to the most skillful cooks, "The same dish never tastes the same." The customers were convinced that each dish presented by the sellers had its own taste and flavor, let alone the beautiful decorating. The cooks also decorated the tables with so much refinement. The vendors were wearing Ukrainian national costumes. Embroidery, dumplings, pancakes, various pastries created a unique, colorful fair. Irina Kryvenko and Kateryna Chervona, the hosts encouraged the customers to buy the foods. They were helped by the stout Solokha the image of which was skillfully played by Denys Lyash and hares (Ivan Tytarchuk and Sergey Korchevnyy). The audience was entertained by the merry gypsies (played by Yelyzaveta Meyer, Marichka Alyekseyenko) who danced and told the fortune to all the comers – they predicted good fortune, wealth and summer vacation.

The students of the Economics Department proved that they were excellent cooks and brilliant singers as well. The musical program was performed by "Feerie" amateur team club vocalists, including Yana Malenka, Victoria Hryschenyuk, Tetiana Kuklina, Victoria Koshman and Yuriy Kozoriz.

A variety of contests with prizes, an auction with the presentation of individual research task Certificates evoked bright impressions and incredible emotions at the fair. The holiday ended with winning the awards, but most importantly, the visitors remained well-fed and happy.

The originality of the festival was that the teachers and students of the University got together to direct their efforts to revive the best traditions of holding Ukrainian fairs. As a result, "Spring Bells" was a real extravaganza of Ukrainian flavor, the feast of Ukrainian soul, breathtaking performance in the open.

The funds raised during the fair will be directed to charity.
