Volodymyr V. Mykolaiko - Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development of the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

He was born on September 14, 1989 in Uman, Cherkasy region.

In 2011 he graduated from the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University with a degree in Physics and qualified as a teacher of physics and computer science.

In 2013 he received a specialty "Finance and Credit" Institute for Economics and Business Education.

He began his career in 2011 as a teacher of physics at the M.P. Bazhan Uman Secondary School I-III degrees № 11 of Uman city council of Cherkasy region.

From 2013 to 2015 he worked as a physics teacher at the V.I. Chuikov Uman Secondary School of I-III degrees № 5 of Uman city council of Cherkasy region.

Since 2013, V. Mykolaiko is the founder of the international company Euro-Uman, which is a member of the holding Viza Staff International.

From 2015 to 2019 he studied in graduate school of the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. Since February 2020 is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

Scientific activity is related to the problem of improving the productive teaching of physics in general secondary education.

Author of more than 30 publications, including textbooks, guidelines, articles in scientific journals.
