On the 12th of November at “Old Uman” took place inauguration of the exhibition “Student’s world is in the Picture”, in which participated students of our university, headed by pro-rector in scientific and pedagogical work Olena Kirdan.

The idea of the project belongs to department in family and youth matters of Uman city council and dedicated to International Student’s Day. Talented youth of the city presented their pictures, carried out with the help of different techniques: oil painting, glass painting, stained-glass window painting, quilling, aquarelle, etc.

We are glad to inform that USPU students have a desire for self-development in arts and annually they join talented youth of the city. This time they presented their artistic works which were marked by high professionalism. Students tried to embody their feelings in their paintings which could be characterized as loaded by spirit and emotions.

It is, of course, impossible to transfer all the emotions from the paintings at exhibition. What can be easily described are good mood, harmony and poetic character of the works. Such works one is willing to see at his place.

It is worth mentioning that the exhibition revealed new names, assisted to activation of students’ cultural growth in arts. Pavlo Tychyna USPU representatives Vladyslav Moskalchuk, Anna Kalyndruz, Olena Pavlenko were nominated the best painters and they received gratitude from Uman City Council and sweets from LLC “Iskra” (director Mykola Polischuk).

On behalf of young university painters, a student from Department of Arts Vladyslav Moskalchuk demonstrated his works to “Stara Uman”.
