In the city hall of Uman took place a festival dedicated to Physical Education and Sports Day of Ukraine. Acting mayor of the city, Oleksandr Tsebriy congratulated sportsmen, trainers, specialists in physical training and sports on the holiday.

During solemnity representatives from USPU were marked for their great contribution in development and popularization of sports in Cherkassy: honorary diploma received a teacher Volodymyr Scherbyna, words of gratitude were addressed to head of Sports Chair Serhiy Penzay.
