At Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University was held a final seminar in the form of results presentation of Polish-Ukrainian project “Innovative University and Leadership”. In the presentation took part a dean of “ArtesLiberales” Department at University of Warsaw, professor Robert Sukharskyi, president of International Research and Education Policy Fund Taras Phinikovat, executive secretary of Rectors Union Yaroslav Bolyubash.

In the project participated 54 young scientists and pedagogical workers from 34 Ukrainian univeristies, 6 community organizations of educational specialization. Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University was represented by a head of Polish Cultural and Educational Centre, World Literature and Slave Languages Chair Kateryna Kuzan. She presented a mini-project under the title “Introdaction of interdisciplinary individual studios at pedagogical universities”. This mini-project was made together with assistant professor of History of Ukraine Chair at V. H. Korolenko Poltava State Pedagogical University Ihor Serdyuk.

All the members of the project had passed intensive training courses in Ukraine and Poland, as the result they made mini-projects, based on world, in particular European, experience analysis of high school activities. Recommendations to these projects were suggested for implementation at national, regional, and local levels in Ukraine.
