The University report to Uman community devoted to its 80-year activity was held in the municipal House of Culture on the 27th of October.

Team enterprises directors, city and district organizations, sponsors, school principals, teachers, university graduates, city guests visited the university meeting.

Among the honored guests there were the mayor, a former graduate Yuriy Bodrov and general director of CEO "Umanfermmash" Anatoliy V. Lipkan.

Doctor of sciences, Professor Natalya S. Pobirchenko reported on the university present and its development prospects.

The gala concert was presented to guests by the University creative collectives:

• Ukrainian Folk Choir “Kobzar” (Head Anatoly Kupchyk);

• Women's Academic Choir "Yunist" (Head Honored Worker of Ukraine Culture, Leonid Yatlo);

• Folk Dance Ensemble "Yavoryna" (Head: Sergiy Kutsenko);

• Instrumental Ensemble "Muzychni vizerunky" (Head Tetyana Radzyvil);

• Contemporary Dance Ensemble "Vizavi" (Head Lyudmyla Androschuk);

• Group "Gonta" - Honorary Workers of Ukrainian Culture Vasyl Semenchuk, Petro Voloshyn, Valentyn Kupchyk;

• Instrumental Ensemble "Akvareli" (Head, Laureate of the International Competition Vira Kalabska;

• Folklore ensemble "Sofiya" (Head Honored Worker of Ukrainian Culture Vasyl Semenchuk);

• Soloists and vocalists – Laureates of All-Ukrainian festivals and competitions Nadiya Baldynyuk and Olexander Osadchyi;

• Talented students - Alla Chuhriy, Yulia Struts, Tetyana Khomenko.

The satisfaction was seen when the meeting members watched the celebratory exhibition of scientific works and teachers and university students art works.
