The publishing service “Uran” to the website “Osvita.ua” order made a monitoring of scientific and publishing subjects of Ukraine on the basis of scientific database SciVerse Scopus. The portal “Osvita.ua” made a list of ranking of Ukrainian educational establishments.

Until April 2016, to the database Scopus were included 128 HEI of Ukraine. If to compare, this list has 8 positions more than in September 2014.

In the ranking table Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University takes the 50th place (number of publications – 81, citations number – 328, Hirsh index – 10).

The results of HEI ranking are based on Scopus instruments, directed towards counting citations of scientific articles, published either by HEI or by its workers.

Scopus database conducts an indexation of over 20000 scientific journals, 370 book’s series, 5,5 mln collections from conferences.
