Trio «Serbian Star» consisting of Aleksandr Djordjevic, Jovan Drmanych, and Darko Markovic (artistic director - Associate Professor of Instrumental Performance Chair of USPU Vladyslav Husak) won II Degree Diploma in category III-C at the X International Contest of Accordionists «PERPETUUM MOBILE».

Vivid performances of our instrumental trio were appreciated by the jury which included the authoritative experts of folk instrumental art, composers, conductors, scientists from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, Lithuania and Kazakhstan.

This is not the first award of the trio. USPU students from Serbia have considerable stage and performing experience and have repeatedly became winners of various contests and festivals.

We congratulate the musicians and their director with victory and wish them inspiration.
