"Good Will" Foundation (Poland) and International School of Equal Opportunities (Ukraine) commence a training course on innovative methods of work for representatives of organizations that work with young people in Kiev city, Kiev Oblast and surrounding areas.

The training course consists of two stages. The first stage is distance learning of civil society, human rights and the activities of the third sector. Upon completion of the course, all participants will receive the Certificates. The second stage (Kyiv, late June 2014) is 9 day training for active participants in the first stage.

Practical courses will be conducted in two groups. The first one will explore the theme "Implementation of anti-discrimination and gender-based monitoring"; the second one will study the theme "The study of social theater techniques."

Upon completion of the courses the participants will be implementing their own projects using the learned techniques during three months. Top performers will be invited to a meeting in Krakow in October 2014.

The participating conditions:

  • Study the project free of charge.
  • Persons not residing in Kiev will be provided with housing and meals if they cover the travel expenses themselves.
