In the framework of the European Council’s project “Consolidation of Information Society in Ukraine” was made translation of “Bookmarks No hate speech movement” – a manual in language of hatred prevention on-line via people’s rights.

The manual will be useful for education practitioners both in formal and non-formal spheres, who want to define language of hatred on-line through rights of people. The manual is meant for youth up to 18 years old, but it can be also adapted to the other age groups.
