Highly qualified workers with scientific degrees ensuring is a main condition of education quality improvement. Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is a scientific centre of the region, which trains scientists both for our university and the other pedagogical establishments.

On 15th of December the traditional Festive Academy was held. The festive meeting was open by acting rector Oleksandr Bezludnyi, who mentioned that university Festive Academy conducting promotes to traditional honouring of scientific and education achievements of our colleagues.

The meeting participators greeted colleagues who were delivered of diplomas. The gratitude from Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine received candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor at Technology Theory and Teaching Methods Chair Nataliya Dubova and candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor at Ukrainian Language and its Teaching Methods Chair Inna Kolomiets.

The teachers and professors staff of the university was enlarged by professors, assistant professors and candidates of sciences who were greeted by the Festive Academy.

Oleksandr Ivanovych delivered certificates to assistant professor at Practical Linguistics Chair – Nataliya Tsymbal, assistant professor at Chair of Enterprise Economy, Financing and Auditing – Tetyana Ponedilchuk, assistant professor at Marketing and Business of Languages Management Chair – Nataliya Biloshkurska, and candidate of pedagogical sciences diploma received Svitlana Roenko.

University Scientific Council honoured young doctors and candidates of sciences and their supervisors.

Iryna Biletska was congratulated on successful dissertation defence nominated for the degree of doctor of pedagogical sciences (scientific advisor – doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, corresponding member of Pedagogical Sciences National Academy of Ukraine, Nataliya Pobirchenko).

Polina Kolisnichenko was congratulated on successful dissertation defence nominated for the degree of candidate of economic sciences (supervisor – doctor of economic sciences, Petro Kurmaev).

On successful dissertation defence nominated for the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences the Festive Academy congratulated Alla Paladieva (supervisor – candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor, Nadiia Brit), Olga Melnykova (supervisor – doctor of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor, prorector in educational and pedagogical work, Tetyana Kochubei), Svitlana Lyulenko (supervisor – doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, Svitlana Sovgira), Liliya Grebin (supervisor – doctor of pedagogical sciences, Nataliya Koliada), Iryna Pidlypniak (supervisor – candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor, Nadiia Rogalska), Anna Kryshko (supervisor – candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor, Nadiia Brit).
