The "Specifics of the application of modern training technology in the university" third nationwide scientific and methodical seminar was held in the city of Lutsk. It was organized by Inna Osadchenko, the head of the Polish Cultural and Educational Center named after Jan Amos Comenius, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Chair of Educational Technology and Pedagogical Creativity of the Primary Education Department at USPU.

The seminar consisted of 3 sessions and debriefing. During the first session the participants defined the essence of the concept of "technology of higher education", analyzed the concept of "technology of education in higher education institutions." Thanks to "work in small groups" the participants studied the organization of teaching and learning in the process of usage of the modern learning technologies. During the 2 session the didactic requirements to formulation of situational tasks and learning cases were outlined. In the 3 session the participants studied the psychological and didactical willingness of the teachers to use modern educational technologies, characterized the didactic model of use of modern learning technologies in higher education.

During the wrap-up there was an interesting business-like question - answer dialogue, and then the further work was planned.
