On the 26th of January was held a meeting of Academic Council. By a minute of silence were commemorated perished people in the Eastern part of Ukraine.
According to agenda, there were discuused education and scientific problems at the meeting. Pro-rector in scientific and pedagogical work Vladlena Sokyrska made a report on the results of scientific activity in 2014. As Vladlena Volodymyrivna mentioned, scientists of the university had done a lot of work in 2014 academic year concerning organization of fundamental and applied sciences researches in intellectual property and patent activity, scientific researches and educational activity integration, scientists and pedagogues training, scientific and research work of young scientists and students level increase, scientific work results publication, maintaining our university prestige as a leader of educational and scientific activity of the region.
As a demonstrative confirmation of scientists achievement during the last year was an exhibition of monographs, books, manuals by scientific and pedagogical workers of each department.
In the discussion participated director of International Cooperation Institute, international activities coordinator Oksana Zabolotna, director of Institute of Natural, Mathematical, and Technologic Education, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Oleksandr Kobernyk and deputy head of Theory and Methodology of Preschool Education Chair, director of laboratory “Preschool Education: history, development perspectives in XXI century”, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Inna Rogalska-Yablonska. Members of the Academic Council confirmed the results of scientific activities in 2014.
The meeting was prolonged by a pleasant moment – Festive Academy. Head of the Academic Council, professor Oleksandr Bezlyudnyi delivered to the university workers certificates of professor, doctor, candidate of pedagogical sciences and diplomas of honour, certificates of gratitude for the activity results in 2014.
Professor’s certificate received doctor of pedagogical sciences Lidia Mamchur; doctor of pedagogical sciences diploma received Iryna Biletska, candidate of pedagogical sciences diploma obtained Alla Paladieva, Lilia Grebin, Iryna Pidpylyak.
Honorary diplomas from Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were rewarded Oksana Zabolotna – head of Foreign Languages Chair, Iryna Biletska – acting head of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages Chair, Oksana Zelinska – assistant professor at Chair of Ukrainian Language and Methods of Teaching of Ukrainian Language, and Anatoliy Karasevych – head of Philosophy and Social Sciences Chair.
Certificates of gratitude from Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Oleksandr Bezludnyi delivered to head of marketing and business management Olga Chyrva, professor of Physics and Astronomy and Methods of their Teaching Chair Mykhailo Dudyk, assistant professor of Technology Education Chair Oleg Melentyev.
Our university constantly improves its achievements and acquirements. The basis of this tendency is every day hard work of university scientists: both experienced and young. We wish our scientists further achievements and success in their investigations!
