Summer is over. Pavlo Tychyna Uman State University will welcome the new students on September 1. They are craving for knowledge and discoveries. On the eve of that day they were admitted to USPU for the new academic year of 2014-2015. The Commission has adopted all items and the university is 100 percent ready for the new school year. Traditionally, members of the Committee visited all academic buildings, each classroom, creative laboratories, research centers, museums and hostels. They made ​​sure that all responsible departments were well prepared for the education. Administration, teams of teachers and technical staff have done a lot of work: many areas have experienced great changes; some have undergone just minor repairs.

Oleksandr Bezliudniy, the first Vice-Rector, Professor, has noted the glorious tradition to celebrate the new academic year in the refreshed classrooms was maintained as usual. It is good to mention that the inventory was maintained in a perfect condition; in the recent years we have invested much money into the major repairs. The lobby, classrooms, offices are sparkling. Plastic window frames are also installed, which is amazing news for the students. The classrooms have received new technical equipment, including multimedia and furniture. New classrooms and offices created during the summer have made a valuable contribution into the university facilities. The university team has done a lot to make the students feel comfortable in the media center when working with computers.

Now, everything is cozy and beautiful. The Commission has positively estimated the design of educational facilities, research laboratories and creative, interesting and informative themed stands. The Commission also checked and assessed the state of fire safety, electrical safety, electrical equipment, panel, light corridors and classrooms. Everything is on the appropriate level. The university campus is also taken care of.

The university is ready for the new academic year and expects academic excellence of the students!
