The International Scientific and Practical Conference "Ukraine Right-Bank Cities in 1793-1917: Ukrainians, Jews, Poles of Uman under the Conditions of Imperial Assimilation Policy" was held at the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University.

The conference was held with the support of the representative office of the Canadian Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian-Jewish Meeting", the Ukrainian Judaic Association, the Uman Museum of Local History.

Participants in the conference were the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University scientists, National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", The Jan Długosz Institute of History of the Humanities and Natural Sciences in Czestochowa (Poland), Northwestern University of Chicago (USA), The Hryhorii Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy, NAE of Ukraine, Rivne State Humanities University, The John Paul II Lublin Catholic University (Poland).
