The Sociology and Psychology Department held the "Teaching professionalism in education and management structures: innovation and exchange of experience" first regional scientific and practical seminar for undergraduates, young researchers, teachers, trainers and managers. The seminar participants were Oksana Kravchenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Dean of the Sociology and Psychology Department, Dmytro Pashchenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. The moderator of the event was Maria Krayeva, the Master student of the Sociology and Psychology Department. The representatives of Uman Medical College were honorary guests at the seminar.

The following areas were discussed: "Methodological aspects of educating the experts in management: history and the current conditions", "Activities of the management structures in education in relation to carrying out the orders of the state and public administration," "Management activities of the teachers in the context of democratic relations with their colleagues", "Formation of pedagogical professionalism; the administrative aspect", "The implementation of the information and communication technologies and innovations in the process of management."

Interesting and informative presentations were made by the Candidates of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professors Olena Kirdan, Iryna Albul, Alla Dobryden, Andriy Yablonsky, Mykola Gagarin, Master students of the Sociology and Psychology Department Maria Krayeva, Liliya Lonina, Kateryna Zhytnuhina.
