For personal assesments in social and economical development of Ukraine, professional achievements, work of many years and on the occasion of all- Ukrainian referendum anniversary of the 1st of December 1991 of Act Proclamation of Ukrainian Independence, Volodymyr Kuz - Ph.D. (Pedagogics), professor, actual member of NAPS of Ukraine, a head of Pre-School Pedagogics and Psychology Chair of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University was rewarded by Ukrainian Presidant - jubilee medal of "20 years of Independence of Ukraine".

On the 21st of December, head of Cherkassy regional authorities, Hero of Ukraine Sergey Tulub on the instructions of President handed Volodymyr Kuz an anniversary medal. And today guidance of university at the head with a rector Ph.D. (Pedagogy), professor, member-correspondent of NAPS of Ukraine Natalia Pobirchenko welcomed the well-known research worker with the reward.

On the ceremonial collection Volodymyr Kuz students and his former graduate students came also to congratulate him. The song of greetings sounded from the famous group "Gonta", from a trade union and colleagues valuable gifts are handed for the academician V.G.Kuz.
