Krakow, the city of Polish kings, welcomes the participants of the Summer School of Polish Language and Culture. Jagiellonian University, one of the oldest educational establishments in Poland, organizes commemorative 45th Summer School attended by, literally, representatives from all over the world – from Greece, Egypt, England, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Korea, Serbia, Slovakia, Germany and other countries. We are proud to say that the representatives of USPU, namely employees Lyudmila Kryva and Andriy Litvin, and Tetiana Shulha, a student of Economics Department and the Individual Interdisciplinary Studies, have participated in the school.

Wojciech Nowak, the University Rector, Professor dedicated his speech to the participants at the opening ceremony. Wishing good luck and good mood, he stressed the importance of participation in such programs because participants can deepen the knowledge of language, culture and traditions of Poland in a short time.

As part of the Summer School, the young people visited the sights and castles of Krakow and witnessed a beautiful event - the annual Jewish Culture Festival held in Krakow Kazimierz.

We wish the participants of the Summer School success and good experience of stay in Poland!
