In Kyiv on the 13th-15th of March was held GPF/GPA European Open Championship in powerlifting, grasp, multiplied grasp and draught.

In the international competitions participated more than 200 strongest athlets from Ukraine, Belorus, France, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Iran, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Cameroon. Among them was a teacher at Sport Disciplines Chair of Physical Training Department of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Sergiy Ilchenko.

In weighting category up to 100 kg in 55 kg nomination with 81 times in 3 minutes Sergiy Sergiyovych took first place and confirmed his title “Master of Sports of Ukraine”.
