On the basis of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Professional and Technology Education Department was held a seminar for teachers of professional and technology education of Uman region secondary schools and lecturers at Technology Education Chair.

The welcoming speech was made by a first pro-rector, professor Andriy Gedzyck and a dean of Professional and Technology Education Department, professor Stanislav Tkachuk.

During the seminar, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, head of Technology Education Chir Andriy Tereschuk shared his experience on his work in conditions of modernization of Ukrainian education. He accentuated on the main tasks of technology education – to bring up feeling for technologies importance as means of practical realization of students’ knowledge, skills and interests in the sphere of technological activity and creativity.

In the process of discussion of new program in professional education, pedagogues came to the conclusion of advantages of creative approach in the process of learning.
