The Scientific Library at Pavlo Tychyna USPU became an official partner of the Ukrainian Library Association. The cooperation agreement can improve the professional relations: establish and maintain mutually beneficial partnership with library associations, libraries and information centers of leading foreign countries, participate in international programs and projects.

Ukrainian Library Association is an independent nationwide organization that unites the people on a voluntary basis (citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship) who professionally deal with librarianship, bibliography, and information activities, as well as the interested persons based on common interests for the joint utilization of the rights and freedoms.

The mission of the Ukrainian Library Association is promoting a development and prospering of the library business and ensuring the implementation of the rights of users of library services for the quality and timely information, library and bibliographic services, social protection and other common interests of the Ukrainian Library Association.
