Department of International Collaboration and European Integration informs that according to agreement between Ukraine and People’s Republic of China, and with the aim of broadening collaboration in education in 2016/2017 decides to allocate scholarships for Ukraine for 2016/2017 academic year.
The amount of scholarships for 2016/2017 academic year is 44.
The admission of Ukrainian citizens to HEI is held according to levels: bachelor, master, PhD students, probationer.
Deadline of applications is March 11, 2016.
The necessary documents are as follows:
1. filled in form;
2. filled in application forms (either in Chinese or in English) that you can find at the following website: http://csc.ed\i.crj/lailiua та www.campuschina.org;
3. copies of diplomas on education (either diploma with appendix or academic paper). The documents should be notarized and translated either into Chinese or English;
4. Academic transcript of scores (notarized either in Chinese or in English);
5. Study Plan (outlining in which subjects you are interested and why). Study Plan written in Chinese should be translated either in Ukrainian or English);
6. 2 recommendation letters in English or Chinese, prepared by professor or lecturer (if in Chinese, they should be translated either in Ukrainian or English )
7. motivation letter either in English or Ukrainian;
8. applicants for music directions should add CD with their piece of work. Applicants for directions “Fine Arts and Decorative Arts” should adjust CD with their works (2 sketches, 2 painings and 2 other works);
9. applicants, who are less than 18 years old, should adjust documents about presence of guardian in PRC;
10. applicants, who plan to stay in PRC longer than 6 months should add photocopy of Foreign Physical Examination Form) in English. This form you can find on the following websites http://csc.edu.cn/aailiua or www.campuschina.org. All the points should be filled in. Forms without doctor’s signature or hospital’s stamp will be not considered;
11. applicants, who send letters for admission to Chinese universities should adjust them to the above mentioned documents;
12. Applicants, who have a certificate about knowledge of Chinese, HSK Certificate should adjust them to above mentioned documents).
Attention! The Ministry accepts applications both in paper or electronic format.
All the documents should be pinned in the left top (there should be 2 packets of documents – first with original documents, second with copies). Documents will be not returned.
