On behalf of the students from Turkmenistan, Pirgula Choganov thanked the rector, Professor Oleksandr Bezliudnyi for proper studying conditions. Recently, our university celebrated the 25th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, organized by students from that country studying in USPU, Ukrainian-Turkmenian Cultural and Educational Center (Head, PhD in Geography, associate professor Oleksandr Lavryk). Students from Turkmenistan are grateful to the University administration on respect for their national celebrations, creating the best conditions for quality education and harmonious development.

The USPU Rector noted that the University is ready to help Turkmenian students to select the desired specialty, but the main requirement for admission is to know Russian, and the desire to learn Ukrainian. Foreign students, who are far away from the homeland, separated from their parents, are treated very friendly, trying to create a good environment for studying, leisure and everyday life organization.
