In order to improve the legal education of students the University Research Library has organized "There is the right that maintains the hope " journal devoted to the issue of human rights to emphasize that the legal knowledge is necessary for everyone, it helps in difficult situations, provides a guidance in addressing the numerous challenges. Law is the basis of life and well-being, people can not solve the simplest questions without basic legal knowledge. Moreover, a person is not appreciated without the legal culture.

During the event dedicated to the Day of signing the UNO Convention on the Rights of children Vasyl Splodytel, a specialist in public legal education, the head of the legal public reception of providing the primary legal aid in Uman City District Office of Justice familiarized everyone with the amendments in the current legislation that came into effect in early 2013.

Oleksiy Olyeynichuk, the Consultant of the Legal Clinic of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, the teacher of world history at the History Department emphasized the value of legally enforceable rights and freedoms in the life of every citizen.

Alla Pinkovska, the leading bibliographer of the information and bibliographic department made a literature review of the legal content.

The students of the Department of related professions and Physics and Mathematics Department (that participated in the journal) had an opportunity to ask taking the floor the questions about the legal nature and listen to their answers and meaningful discussions.
