The Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" supported an interesting event - "Succeed in an outstanding, unique project" (SOUP). It was organized by Initiative Youth Society "IYS". The event was attended by the representatives of various companies, public organizations, and universities including our students.

The aim of the project was to encourage and teach the young people to successfully implement all their ideas and visions into reality.

During the training we were told what the “SOUP” project was and how to "cook" it. The recipe was quite simple - a good team of initiative folks in combination with ambitious ideas and desire to work. Mix the project with the management and fundraising and apply the self-discipline “dressing”. Bring it to a boil and the "SOUP" is done. However, this “food” is not as easy to “cook” as it seems at the first sight but the result is worth trying.

One of the main challenges is to create your own project and succeed in its implementation. Our team has developed the "School Leadership" project which is going to involve the active young people not only from our University but also from the entire city. At the beginning of the next school year we plan to put it into action.
