The names of Uman women the city can be proud of were announced on March 6, 2014. The Uman City Council and the Women's Union summed up the contest. Tetiana Kuznets, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the History Department won in the Nomination for the female scientist. This year, the traditional honoring of women in Uman took place on the 6th of March.

The USPU team congratulates Tetiana Volodymyrivna on obtaining the title "Woman 2013", whose talent as a scholar, an organizer and a wise counselor inspires the respect from colleagues, associates, the entire Department, staff and students of the University.
