On March 14 – 16, vice-rector of Jan Amos Komenski State Higher School of Vocational Education Professor Aleksander Mykolaychak came to our university with a duty visit.

An honorary professor of USPU Mr. Mykolaychak met with the University rector Natalya Pobirchenko. They discussed the state and prospects of further cooperation between our universities. In particular, the thing was a joint publication of scientific journals that would be recognized at the international level, studying of the Ukrainian scholars in Leshno and Polish in Uman, as well as the participation of USPU delegations in the international festival "Dialogue of cultures and nations", which will take place on May 13 – 17, 2013 in Poland.

The program of visit also included a meeting led by the vice-rector (Scientific and educational work humanitarian aspects) Dmytro Baldynyuk, where the festival program of the University art groups’ performance in Leshno was discussed.

Aleksander Mykolaychak also met with Dean of Economics Department Tetyana Komar and head of the Polish-Ukrainian Scientific-Research Laboratory of Didactics named after Jan Amos Komenski Inna Osadchenko. Questions of further deepening of cooperation between the relevant departments of the universities were discussed.
