Two sportsmen from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University took part in European Championship GPF in powerlifting and bench press, which was held on the 11th-13th of March at Kyiv International Exhibition Centre in the framework of V International Sports and Active Rest Show. In the Championship participated at about 250 members.

Lecturer at Sports Disciplines Chair Serhiy Ilchenko in the nomination 75 kg with the result of 71 repetitions took I place and won in the championship. II year student at Physical Training Department Oleg Legin in the nomination 55 kg made 59 repetitions per 3 minutes and won the I place too.

Our congratulations to Olympus’ conquerors and wishes of further victories! It is worth mentioning that our sportsmen showed their skills and confirmed them at international level already several times.
