CNKI – is Chinese national electronic platform of scientific woks. It contains scientific magazines in English and Chinese, dissertations and yearbooks in a wide range of subjects.

A brief examination of its software product:

China STM Focus – is a full text database, which includes scientific resources in English, published in the mainland of China. Currently there are 198 journals and 2317 collected works of conferences (in the English language) in nature sciences, medical and applied sciences, social studies. The archives of some issues date since 1935. More than 160 magazines are included into SCI (Science Citation Index) and EI.

China Academic Journals Full-text Database – is a full text database of Chinese scientific magazines that includes over 7000 Chinese scientific journals in humanitarian and social sciences, juridical and medical sciences, sciences about life, mathematics and physics. Among them there are both the most popular issues and regional specifying issues.

China Yearbooks Full-text Database – is a full text database of Chinese yearbooks. It includes over 1500 issues in literature, philosophy, history, industry, economics, jurisdiction, agriculture, etc.

China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database – is a full text database of Chinese dissertations. It includes doctoral and master theses, having been defended in China since 1994. Annotations to all the dissertations are available in English.

Journals Translation Database – scientific platform in English for Chinese non-speakers, which includes professional translation of articles from selected scientific magazines of high quality in different fields of knowledge.
