On the basis of scientific and methodological center “National linguistic personality development in the framework of continuing education” was held III All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference “National and Linguistic Personality Development in Contemporary Educational Space”. The aim of the conference was defining scientific and methodological principles of linguistics and linguo-didactics.

The All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference was a nice occasion to exchange scientific investigations, new achievements in linguistics and linguo-didactics. In the scientific event participated higher educational establishments of Ukraine – Kherson State University, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Ivan Franko Zhytomyr State University, A. S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University Khmelnytsk National University. Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University represented Ukrainian Philology Department, Primary Education Department, Pre-school and Correction Education Department, Foreign Languages Department, Department of Economics.

The conference was open by doctor of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor Iryna Kucherenko. She stressed that national linguistic personality development is an important direction in contemporary paradigm of language education in Ukraine, professional training of future teacher of the XXI century. The welcoming speech made director of the scientific and methodological center “National linguistic personality development in the framework of continuing education”, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Lidia Mamchur.

At the plenary meeting their scientific reports presented representatives of Primary Education Department – Aliona Shcherbiy, Karina Minina, Natalia Korkots and Oleksiy Veselovskiy, and Ukrainian Philology Department – Vitaliy Slobodianyk, Lyubov Dzioma, Oleksandra Holyk.

Video greeting was sent from Kherson State University from doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Serhiy Omelchuk and head of Student Scientific Council of Foreign Languages Department Ksenia Dudka.

Participants in the scientific meeting (over 110 students and master students of higher educational establishments) touched upon urgent problems of language education reforming that demand new generation teachers, able to act in different professional and pedagogical situations, generate new ideas, use different techniques of communication, creative thinking, innovative culture.
