December 24, Ukrainian Minister of Education, Youth and Sports met candidates for universities leaders position. During the meeting, Dmytro Tabachnyk signed contracts with rector of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Natalya Pobirchenko and several other university leaders.

The Minister congratulated the newly appointed leaders on coming New Year holidays, wished them success in work, and called to the autonomy development in the universities led by them.

The university staff joins the Minister’s wishes, sincerely congratulates doctor of pedagogical sciences, corresponding member of the Ukrainian National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Natalya S. Pobirchenko on the appointment to a responsible position, wishes new achievements, good health and faith in the future victory on educational field.
