Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Scientific Library initiates literary competition “New Names in Literature”.

The competition aims at revealing the new talents, gifted people, who make first steps in literature; attracting and involvement the youth into reading, grouping talents of our university and creative work popularization as means of personal development.

The competition requirements are as follows:

• The creative works are submitted from the 23rd of March until 30th of June, 2015;
• To participate in the competition, you should join a group “Pavlo Tychyna USPU scientific library” in the social website “Vkontakte” and download you work to the album of the competition “New Names in Literature”.
• Age of the participators isn’t taken into consideration.
• The competition accepts works of different literary genres (poetry, prose, fairy tale, song, etc.).
• Thematics of the works can be various (your own spiritual and emotional world, your opinion on society’s problems; depicting of interesting events and people’s fates, etc.).
• The author should add:
  • a photo of high quality (will be published in the website);
  • resume (date of birth, address, education (department, year, group), interests and hobbies, pen name (if it exists));
• The works which are of Anti-Ukrainian content, propagandize violence, racism, or include obscene words.
• The creative work shouldn’t break author’s rights.

The best works will be published weekly at the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Scientific Library’s website (http://library.udpu.org.ua/).
