In the context of realization the program “School of young lecturer’s professional growth was held two-days scientific and practical seminar “Educational work in higher educational establishment”, organized by Pedagogy and Educational Management Chair together with scientific and research laboratory of pedagogical competency.

The first day the event was held in the form of press conference, in which participated deputy deans in educative work discussing urgent problems of organization of educative work in high school.

The following reports were the most interesting: “About ways of educative work improvement at a department / Institute”, made by pro-rector in scientific and pedagogical work of the university, assistant professor at Pedagogy and Educational Management Chair Olena Kirdan; “Lecturer as organizer of student collective” – by doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, head at Pedagogy and Educational Management Chair Oleksandr Kobernyk; “Peculiarities of educative work of curators at HEI” – by head of scientific and research laboratory of pedagogical competency, assistant professor Valentyna Boichenko.

The second day Valentyna Boichenko conducted a training “Educative work of curator in student group” in participation of young lecturers-curators and master students.

Organization and conducting of such seminars have become traditional at Pedagogy and Educational Management Chair and scientific and research laboratory of pedagogical competency. They promote to improvement of professional and pedagogical competency of the university lecturers and master students.
