The second stage of the program “Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange” has successfully finished. This program is annually conducted in Gniezno (Poland) on the basis of school №3 named after
St. Wojciech under financial support of National Culture Centre. From Ukrainian part, the project is coordinated by professor Oksana Zabolotna (Pavlo Tychyna USPU), from Polish part – director of before mentioned school Radoslav Sobkoviak.

In the second stage of the project, that was held from 1st until 11th of November, participated 23 representatives from Ukraine, mainly pupils of Uman general education schools and USPU students Maria Kaganenko, Anna Loban and Anastasia Sichkar (Ukrainian Philology Department, specialization “Polish”).

The program was very interesting. The first acquaintance of Polish and Ukrainian youth can be described with the help of the motto “We are Slavs, we get to know about each other”.

After the meeting was held a master class in principles of taking photos. The participators of the project got acquainted with architecture of Gniezno, went sightseeing, visited museums. Traditionally, the youth went to see the main bishop of Poland Wojciech the Pole.

The Ukrainians had good impressions of one-day stay at polish family, they got to know about polish family traditions.

In the concert program, the Ukrainian and Polish youth demonstrated their artistic skills in theatre performances, vocal arts and choreography.
