On the 12th-14th of December in Kyiv on basis of Higher republican vocational school of physical education was held the World Championship in powerlifting, multiple bench press and single press in GPF version.

In the multiple bench press weight category up to 90 kg Andrian Mangian, student of Physical Education Department, took the II place.

Sergiy Ilchenko, lecturer at Sport Disciplines Chair in the multiple bench press weight category up to 82.5 kg was the best and took the I place.

The victory of the university sportsmen and athletes at the competitions of such level is deserved and expected, it is showing of their everyday strained training.
