Today is the National Flag of Ukraine Day. It is celebrated by millions of people. Ukrainians are the most peace loving people of the world; they love their home, their family, their homeland and country. Our flag colors are cloudless sky and sunlit ears of wheat. It is a sign of light thoughts and generous fruit of tireless work.

Our flag is a symbol of the struggle (it has always been so in every nation). It is not much of an issue in time of peace and sustainable development. But now we realize that in the time of change the flag unites and inspires us for sacrificing in the name of the country. The blue and yellow flag has become a symbol of independence and invincibility of Ukraine. We experience unprecedented patriotism, unbreakable will to unity and development of Ukrainian people. And the manifestation of this is primarily the strengthening of the will and raising awareness of the importance of the national flag. Ukrainian Army Soldiers defend our peace and independence and raise the national flags over the settlements liberated from the separatists. State Patriots put soul in the colors of the national flag painted on the bridges and buildings. Love to our flag is showed in the flash mobs. Colors of the national symbols are exhibited in the baskets of flowers, on the wreaths of girls, on the tape, on the dresses. Flags are painted on the institutions and cars, on the pictures of children ...

Students of Pavlo Tychyna USPU also proudly raise the yellow and blue flag marking another victory. Our winners, amateur artists, volunteers celebrate their alma mater, native land, and combine it with the state flag. Wherever our young men and women travel, whatever gem of the native Ukraine they discover, whatever heights they reach they always have the national symbol of Ukraine, the flag.

Our people are strong and wise. Ukraine is a large family. Let it be united and peaceful! We need to trust, love, and hope that everything will be fine! The main symbols of Ukraine will help us to build a better life! God bless us!
