On the basis of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University started its work 6 monthes extension courses of lecturers in the category “teacher-tutor (organizer) of distance learning in HEI of III-IV levels of accreditation”, which is conducted by Educational Management University of Pedagogical University National Academy of Ukraine. The courses are organized on the purpose of heightening university lecturers’ qualification in organization of distance learning, as in contemporary society distance education and information technology communication take one of the leading places in higher pedagogical education.

The work of courses this year will be organized in 3 stages: I – from 19.01 until 23.01; II – from 25.01 until 13.06; III – from 15.06 until 20.06. The first stage has already begun: university lecturers had an opportunity to be present at lecturers on-line of leading scientists of Ukraine. In the regime of the real time, the lessons are conducted by assistant professor of Distance Education Chair at by Educational Management University of Pedagogical University National Academy of Ukraine Volodymyr Bessarabov, candidate of physics and mathematics sciences, assistant professor of the same chair Andriy Lapshyn, senior lecturers of Distance Education Chair at the Institute of Open Education of Educational Management University of Pedagogical University National Academy of Ukraine Svitlana Antoshchuk and Lyudmyla Kalachova.

The lessons are very interesting and intensive, they are organized in lecture rooms, equiped with computers.
