Scientific and research laboratory “Ecology and education” of Nature and Geography Department organized and conducted an expedition with the aim of small rivers problems study and investigation of biologic and landscape variety of central part of Pobuzhia. The event took place in the framework of state budget theme “Technological improvement of sanitary conditions of central part of Pobuzhia small rivers and attraction of the youth to nature and protection work under protection of professor Svitlana Sovhira.
The expeditions joined members of ecology laboratory, lecturers of Nature and Geography Department, PhD students, students.
In the process of investigation ecological state of small rivers was revealed, human activities influence on transformation of biological variety of Pivdennyi Buh basin was grounded, change of from wood and step to step vegetation.
During the second stage of expedition there was signed an agreement between education department of Illinetsk regional state administration (head Svitlana Chebotareva), Illinetsk interschool educational complex (director Serhiy Kryzhanivskyi) and Chemistry, Ecology and its Teaching Methods Chair.
The third stage of the expedition anticipated master work defense by Svitlana Bakai (supervisor – assistant professor Hanna Goncharenko) on the basis of Ladyzhyn basin investigation. At the defense was present and made her speech head of Ecology Assessment, Agrarian Technologies and Biological Varieties of Agroecosystems Chair at Agroecology and Management of Nature NASP Institute of Ukraine, candidate of biology sciences Yevhenia Tkach.
After the defense, Yevhenia Tkach was rewarded by a diploma for her active participation and great contribution into work of scientific and research laboratory “Ecology and education”. His diploma also received doctor of economic sciences, professor, academician of Ukrainian Agrarian Sciences Academy and Forestry Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, director of Agroecology and Management of Nature NASP Institute of Ukraine Orest Furdychok for creative collaboration, personal contribution in development of science at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University and its image enlargement.
