Environmentally friendly USPU students celebrated World Environment Day. June 5 celebration is one of the main ways to draw global attention to environmental issues and stimulate political interest.

Every year, this day is held under a certain motto. Theme of the day and venue for major international events was defined by the UN.

Motto of this year's celebration of the environment day was chosen as: "Seven billion wishes. One Planet. Use carefully". Ultimately the well-being of mankind, the environment and economic development depend on responsible management of natural resources of the planet.
