As part of a project implemented by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), "A Community Friendly for Children and Youth", a series of trainings "Do not keep silence - stop bullying!" started at the Gender Center of the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. Masters of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education together with specialists from the Department for Family and Youth Affairs of the Uman City Council conducted a training for students of secondary school №4.

At the basis of the training "Countering the Bullying in General Secondary Education" is an idea that provides students with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts, be tolerant of the opinions of others, resist violence, discrimination in the team, take responsibility for building peace, respect the equal rights of men / guys and women / girls.
