On the basis of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University in the framework of the creative project “Triumph-Fest” was held V All-Ukrainian Festival-Competition of instrumental, vocal, choreography and theatre arts and theatre fashion “The country in blossom”, in which participated over 600 representatives from different parts of Ukraine – Odessa, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Kirovograd, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Cherkassy regions.

Students of Department of Arts of our university have won 2 prizes of triumph-fest. Grand-prix in the nomination “Instrumental Arts has won Elena Vasych (flute, lecturer Ruslan Melnychenko) and II place Vladyslav Melnyck (contrabass, lecturer Olena Kovalenko).

National amateur ensemble of contemporary dance “Vis-à-vis” (under the guidance of head of Choreography and Fine Arts Chair, candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor Lyudmyla Androschuk) had a success in the nomination “Contemporary Choreography”. As a result, this group took I place.

In the nomination “Vocal” I place took a student of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Sciences Department Vepa Dzhoraev and a student of Department of Arts Anastasia Tretyachenko (teacher – Valentyn Kupchyk).

This day at Uman Palace of Culture was held III All-Ukrainian Festival-Competition in Choreography Arts “Global Dance”, in which participated choreography groups from Kyiv, Cherkassy, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia and Mykolaiv regions. The jury assessed over 120 choreography compositions in the nominations “national”, “contemporary” and “classic” dance.

In the festival-competition participated national amateur ensemble of national dance “Yavoryna (sycamore)” under the guidance of senior lecturer of Choreography and Fine Arts Chair Serhiy Kutsenko.

The ensemble received 2 diplomas of winners of I stage and the highest award – Grand-prix of III All-Ukrainian Festival-Competition in Choreography Arts “Global Dance”.
