On behalf of Pavlo Tychyna USPU its rector, professor Oleksandr Besludniy congratulated students, lectures and the other workers of Cherkassy National University on the 95th anniversary.

Congratulating the colleagues, Oleksandr Ivanovych mentioned, “We are your fellow countrymen, we are proud that Cherkassy region is a unique land, where Ukraine has been born as a state, Tripoli culture – one of the most bright phenomenon – has been spread in times of ancient Europe. Cherkassy has been an outpost of Cossack’s state, headed by hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskiy, your educational establishment named after. A wonderful Cherkassy land was a cradle of Taras Shevchenko. From the remotest time our land was a source of inspiration for songsters and chroniclers because of its beauty, wealth and wisdom of people, devoted to Ukraine. Therefore, we are responsible for it.

Thus, Pavlo Tychyna USPU doesn’t consider you to be our competitors, but colleagues and upholders in development of student’s high education level that gives good knowledge, competences and skills, necessary to begin professional career, future contribution into development of Cherkassy region’s and the whole Ukraine’s science and economy.
