The government has abolished necessity of chapter in occupational safety and health in diploma papers.

Decision on abolishment of the order from 21st of October, 2010 № 969/922/216 «On learning organisation and improvement in occupational safety and health, vital activity and civil protection at higher educational establishments in Ukraine” was accepted on 30th of May, 2014.

At Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine it is stated that the order abolishment gives an opportunity to HEI to establish their own structure and volume in training of such disciplines as occupational safety and health, vital activity and civil protection in accordance with future professional activity of specialists; define the necessity of including such chapters as “Occupational safety and health”, “Occupational safety in extreme situations” into diploma papers (projects) and introduction of problems of occupational safety into individual comlex qualification control tasks.
