A regular meeting of the eleventh grade high school students of Uman city schools took place in the Innovative Business Incubator at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. A series of meetings with the high school students was initiated by the Department of Enterprise Economics, Finance, Accounting and Audit (headed by Anatoliy Muzychenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor) and the Innovative Business Incubator (the Director of which and the Head of Methodical Unit is Yana Polishchuk) in cooperation with the school administrations.

The school youth has a unique opportunity not only to learn about the work of this structural unit of the University that operates as a non-profit public organization, but also to obtain the useful knowledge and most importantly - to try and improve the capabilities because the Business Incubator is focused on the successful implementation of innovative business ideas and projects.

The purpose of the meetings is to deepen the knowledge in economics and to develop entrepreneurial skills. The employees of the Innovative Business Incubator - a leading expert Sergiy Stanchuk and the secretary of the executive staff and lecturer at the Economics Department Inna Fedorchuk emphasize the relevance of knowledge in economics for the students of secondary schools. The Innovative Business Incubator of USPU strives to help the school graduates discover and develop business and organizational talents such as formation of and management of a team, project management, negotiation skills and leader abilities. These skills are required in every branch of industry including the sphere of education.

This experience is very important for the modern energetic young people, especially in smaller cities. These meetings allow the high school students to seamlessly use the fundamentals of economics in their daily lives and help them choose their future profession.
